The Company is managed by Managing Director and Company Secretary Nicola Eades, who is then supported by Director Christopher Manton.

Christopher is responsible for the identification of possible opportunities for the secondment of Clerk of Works for construction projects across the country and daily management of Clerks of Works employed by the company.

 

 

Michael J. Gage

Chairman (Retired)
Michael  became a Partner of the Company in 1990 and secured the Business in 1993. After 9 years as Managing Director, Michael assumed the title and role of Chairman of the Company in 2002. Michael has since taken the opportunity to retire in 2019. 

Nicola A. Eades 

Managing Director & Company Secretary 
Nicola joined the Company in May 1997 at the time when the offices re-located to Evesham. Nicola is responsible for the Company Payroll and invoicing of the Clients. Nicola has since taken over the role of Managing Director upon Michaels retirment. 

Christopher J. Manton

Director
Christopher joined the family Company in November 2010 and since that time has been involved in all aspects of the business. Responsible for the identification of possible opportunities for the secondment of Clerks of Works for construction projects across the spectrum of the industry, progressing through to secured contract.  Dealing with both written and telephone inquiries, attending meetings and interview, arranging Client and Clerks of Works Contracts and daily management of Clerks of Works employed by the Company. Also appointed as Quality Assurance Manager, to develop and implement Quality Assurance Procedures as defined by ISO 9001:2015, with responsibility for implementation, maintenance and administration of the Quality Management System and to achieve accreditation with approved body.

In addition to the employee’s above, we currently have between 20 to 30 Clerks of Works of mixed discipline engaged on a variety of projects for both the Public and Private Sector throughout the United Kingdom.
