Worcestershire PCT required Clerk of Works Services for the construction of a new build Community Hospital in Malvern, Worcestershire.
The facility is to accommodate 24 intermediate care/rehabilitation/palliative care beds, 7000 outpatient consultations, minor injuries/emergency assessments (2700 attendances per annum), diagnostics (including imaging, mobile CT/MRI/Mammography, ultrasound, endoscopy, physiological measurements), day treatments/procedures (non-surgical), therapy services and GP out of hours services.
