Spitfire, Broadway, A new housing development consisting of a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 1 and 2 bedroom Bungalows all for affordable rent / shared ownership.

Kingsdale Gardens, Broadway. A new housing development consisting of a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 1 bed apartments all for affordable rent / shared ownership.

St Aldates, Gloucester, A new housing development of 23 affordable homes on the site of a former Vicarage. The development consisted of a mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 2 bedroom bungalows and 1 and 2 bedroom flats all for affordable rent / shared ownership.

Paul Street, Gloucester, A new housing development of 38 affordable homes built on a former factory site. The development consisted of a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and apartments.

 

Yates Court, Evesham, This project consisted of an extension to the extra care facility at Yates Court, plus the refurbishment and alteration of the existing care facility building.

The development provides an additional 48 one and two-bedroom apartments of extra care accommodation for people aged 60 and over. There are a mix of tenures, including rental, shared ownership and outright sale.

The project involved the demolition of the former Evesham Market buildings located to the rear of Evesham High Street, breaking out the existing hard standings, removing contaminated material, and abandoning and diverting the existing drainage/services.

There was also a requirement to strip out the existing indoor market area, take down the roof structure and retain the existing building façade to the High Street elevation, in order convert the former indoor market area into a community activity space.

Hampton Regeneration Project, Evesham. New build Social Housing Development. Procured in Partnership with Bellway Homes. Phase I consists of 67 units and Phase II consists of 34. The units are a mixture of flats, houses and bungalows, for rent and a small number for Shared Ownership. Properties designed to achieve Code 3 Level for Sustainable Homes with some properties achieving Code 4 Level.

This project was procured through Section 106 Agreement in Partnership with Bellway Homes. Consequently the design of the properties was essentially conceived by the Developer although the Client had agreed a specific schedule of Employers Requirements in order to meet the standards set by the HCA and the National Housing Federation.
